The house has one flight of stairs, with two steps to the kitchen and a further step to the garden.
The house has a shared kitchen/living/laundry room, which is located on the ground floor, along with one of the bathrooms and the garden. There is also a bathroom upstairs. We have a basement which we use for storage.

The bedroom will be available from 1st December. The bedroom is furnished with a double-size bed and a vanity desk.

The house has a good-sized kitchen, a shared living room, and a garden we use in the summer months. The living room has Disney+, Netflix, and Prime on the TV. Wi-Fi is Sky across the whole house, and we have boosters throughout.
The area is nice! We are located between Leytonstone and Walthamstow, both with a variety of shops and amenities, and only a 15-minute walk to both tube stations.
1/2-minute walk to the bus stop to get you to Stratford, Walthamstow and Leytonstone.
15/18-minute walk to Leytonstone tube Station - Central Line
