Large room to rent-London

The accommodation is a double-bed room furnished for a single person to move in comfortably. Mattress topper, bedding etc are expected from the occupier. As you can see, the room is still lived in, the tenant will be leaving before the month with her stuff.

Bills currently are approx £55

The house is very peaceful, everyone sticks to their own lives as we all live together in unity. We respect each other's security and space by keeping loud sounds to a minimum as well as no personal visitors and tidying any mess made in kitchen/bathrooms.

We are each in charge of keeping sections of the house clean on a weekly basis to ensure our space is always tide and clean.

Three of the flatmates are quiet students, two of which study Bioscience who stick to their studies the majority of the time in their rooms or are at university while the remaining flatmate is a professional who works. The neighbors are also equally as lovely.

There are two toilets available to avoid any hold one of which contains a regular washing machine. Auto-heating and fibre broadband are installed too!

The room gets plenty of natural light from the windows evident in the pictures.

The house is extremely well-placed for everyday life:
The underground station is a 10 min walk away or a couple of stops on the bus. The overground station is also similarly far.
The bus station can be seen from the house as it's only 20 seconds away.
An M&S, SnS and small convenience store are all within a 5 min walking distance as is Whipps Cross hospital. A big tesco is a 15min walk away with a pharmacy section.
The bouncy tree forest, Eagle pond and Hollow pond are lovely places to visit while walking or jogging on the weekends.
There are several restaurants available as we're very close to both the Leytonstone high road and Leyton high road. (McDonalds, Pepes, Costa and many more)
