Spacious Plant-forward House

Hi everyone,

This is a spacious 6-bedroom modern house share with garden but currently only 4 rooms will be occupied. The other 2 rooms are converted in a 2nd living room and a guest bedroom :)

The garden is quite nice for yoga or tai chi practice. We also have Epping Forest which starts 5 minutes from the house for truly relaxing nature breaks, hikes and world class mountain bike trails ! You can walk for hours without crossing build-up areas. Have a look on a map (nobody know about it :)

There are currently 2 vegans and a vegetarians living here. At home, we only cook and eat plant-based food (exception for eggs which are allowed).

We are an international household from Switzerland, India and China from mid 20's to mid 40's.

The house is close to nature but also very well connected in zone 3 with the Elizabeth line (Manor Park station is just around the corner) and the overground, District and Circle Lines nearby as well.

A relatively small single room – available immediately
£625 per month

A medium-sized single room – available immediately
£650 per month

Household responsibilities

Everyone either cleans the house or arranges a cleaner once per month on a designated day. This means the house is thoroughly cleaned approximately every week.

In addition, everyone is expected to clean up after themselves and keep communal areas tidy on a daily basis.

**What you should know**
This is an older house with a few imperfections:

* Some kitchen floor tiles are loose or missing
* Only 3 of the 4 gas hobs are currently working
* Some floors are not perfectly level

The area is not particularly posh, but it is diverse, multicultural, and steadily improving thanks to the Elizabeth Line and the proximity of Epping Forest.

**Please note**

1. If you look closely at the photos, you'll notice that some areas could do with refreshing. If you're looking for a place with a brand-new feel, this probably isn't the right fit.

2. Council tax and broadband are included. Utilities are approximately £35 per month extra.

3. Please only get in touch if you are vegetarian or vegan and happy not to bring animal-based food into the house (except eggs are fine).
