Your room goes out to the gardens. You can hear zero cars - I used to sleep with the window open during the heatwave. The window is small but because it is in the roof it is the brightest room in the entire house. The room is never cold because of the highest possible insulation.

We have central heating, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a living room and dining area. The house comes with a off-road parking space which isn't used by anyone yet. The bathroom is shared with 2 others - we are quick and I can adapt times if needed. The kitchen is shared with 3 others. House has stairs everywhere. Bills: water and internet included. no council tax. gas and electricity additional £35 pcm. Broadband Vodafone guaranteed 55-73. Streaming is easily possible.

We are professionals in their 30ties and 40ties. We work in Psychology at University, hospitality and the creative industries. We are three LGTB+ but we welcome allies. We all have our own lives and occasionally catch up. We are pretty peaceful and hard working.

The house is tucked away between gardens but close to the supermarket.

10 min bus to custom house station right outside:
The Elisabeth line comes every 3 minutes and brings you in just 11 minutes to Liverpool Street station and 15 Min to Tottenham court road.

Canning town- jubilee line, 5 Min walk and 10 Min bus ( comes very frequently day and night). One stop to Canary wharf. About 15 Min to Waterloo.

Stratford – 15 min bus or cycle. Olympic Village with its’ Restaurants and shops. Excellent connections to the city.

The stunning Greenway cycling path is 2 Min walk away and is great for a walk and takes you to Stratford.
