Furn dbl East London - female flatmate pref

Hello fellow spare-roomies

Hoping you're all well :)

We have a lovely furnished double room available in east London and we're looking for one more female to share with us.
There is lots of communal space including a dining kitchen, shared living room, back garden and also great bathroom facilities. There are some pics attached to our ad which give a good idea of the space. Unfortunately, the room isn't suitable for couples.

We're pretty flexible with the duration of the rental, so open to short lets/sublets and happy to consider interns etc. We can also help out bed linen etc if you are travelling from overseas.

The room has a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe) and we're approx 7 mins walk from the nearest tube (zone 3 - district/Hammersmith & City line) and walking distance to shops, groceries, some cool parks. There are also easy changes to the central and jubilee line.

We're a short distance from Stratford (walkable or short bus ride). Commute time to central London (e. g Soho) is 45 mins door to door.

In terms of house culture and who you will be living with - we are two easy going and friendly professional females, happy to hang out and do stuff together sometimes (totally open to meals, theatre, museums etc.) but also respectful of personal boundaries and privacy.

Our ideal flat mate would be easy going, friendly, reasonably considerate/tidy, with some experience of having lived in a shared home before. So, basically a nice human with good social skills who is happy to chip in with keeping the space tidy and helping to create a pleasant home environment.

I have a huge love of cake and bake, so if you like cake/cookies we'll probably make a good match! I have a pretty decent repertoire scones, cookies, lemon and earl grey cake (not nearly as weird as it sounds!).
