Hi There,

The house is on a main road within walking distance to Plaistow underground station and a 10 minute bus ride to Stratford station and Westfield.

A large double is available. All rooms are furnished and finished to a high standard through out. All rooms come with a large double bed, double wardrobe, desk and chair as well as a TV. All the rooms have laminate floors, blinds and black out curtains, radiators. All walls and floors were soundproofed during the refurb so whilst we're not expecting any rockers, the walls should hold up if you decide to sing loudly in the mornings.

The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave, a breakfast bar and other amenities. The rent as stated includes bills, fortnightly cleaning and the provision of some essential groceries, bed linen and towel in the room.

The living space is fully furnished with a dining table and a TV (with all cable channels) for those who would like to socialise or entertain guests.

There's a small fully paved garden out back which is accessible via a rear door.
