The property is in a very safe, friendly, quiet street & family neighbourhood. The accommodation has been renovated, rewired & made fire-safe whilst maintaining the original charm & character of this spacious Edwardian house. Located just 5 mins walk from Upton Park Tube Station, Liverpool Tube Station - 15 mins, Oxford Circus - 25 mins. Or an easy cycle along the cycle-super highway/(A11), Stratford is a 10 min cycle ride along the Greenway cycle path, which is level and totally separate from traffic/road – many of the housemates have bikes, and there is a garden shed to store them securely.
About Your Room: This spacious master double bedroom has a king-sized timber-frame bed, large wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, and dresser. A large bay window overlooks the front. This room has a new desk (not shown in the clip).
Included in Rent:
• All bills (Council Tax, water, gas, electricity)
• Free unlimited Wi-Fi, Sky TV, and a 42” TV
• Permit on-street parking available (at your cost)

Diana (26), who is Italian/American and works for a human rights charity, Maria (24) is Czech and works in research, and Daniil (25) is a Ukrainian marketing/IT professional - all of whom are very friendly and make this househare their home.
