It is ideal for someone who works in Canary Wharf and wants to walk to work or someone who works in the city and commutes by cycling/public transport (Elizabeth line/DLR). It is also close to Shoreditch, Hackney and Dalston.

Facilities
There is a cafe/bakery in the same building ideal for brunch, local produce or if you just want to grab a coffee or work from there. There is a well-stocked corner shop just across the road and nearest supermarket (Lidl and Tesco) 5-8 minute walk. There is also Waitrose in Canary Warf which is a 15 minute. The nearest gym is 10-15 minute walk. The DLR tube station is 8-10 min. CW Elizabeth line is 15-20 min.

1. en-suite: occupied by a 28 year old female working in finance
2. Double bedroom: occupied by me (29 year old doctor)
3. Double bedroom: out for rent

The person who rents the 3rd double bedroom will share the bathroom with me.

The apartment has been my home for the last 10 years and it's very close to my heart. The apartment is aesthetically pleasing, therefore it is suited for someone who is clean and respects their surrounding.
