I’m looking for a professional flatmate to share my beautifully refurbished two-bedroom apartment in East London, near Canary Wharf.

* Spacious double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom.
* Recently refurbished throughout.
* Brand-new carpet, lighting and wardrobes.
* New double bed with a very high-end mattress.
* Duvet, duvet cover and towels can be provided.
* Desk.
* Some artwork is currently on the walls, but it can be taken down so you can add your own personal touch (to be discussed).

The room comes with sole use of your own en-suite bathroom with a shower.

There is another, larger bathroom off the hallway, which is primarily for my use. However, guests may occasionally use it. If you would like to use the bathtub from time to time, I’m happy for you to do so.

The high-quality, double-glazed window helps keep the room warm, free from humidity and well insulated against outside noise, even though the area itself is very quiet.

* Direct DLR connections to Bank, with further connections to the Northern line.
* Bus stop directly in front of the building, with buses to Bethnal Green taking around 15–20 minutes.

Directly opposite the flat is Bartlett Park, with running paths, outdoor gym equipment and a lovely café.

The canal is also nearby, making it ideal for beautiful, long walks and discovering new areas of East London, including Limehouse Marina and beyond.

👋 About Me

I’m Italian-British, easygoing and creative. I own the flat and take pride in keeping it beautiful, tidy and welcoming.

I love art and culture — I regularly visit galleries, dine out, attend events, and I’m a member of several London museums. If you’re into culture too, that would be wonderful — perhaps we could occasionally share an exhibition, event or gallery visit.

I also enjoy fashion and have a wide range of interests. I’m looking for someone vibrant and curious — not necessarily artistic, but open-minded, interesting and happy to share ideas and conversation. You might work in IT, finance, tech or any other field — what matters most is that you’re open, communicative and enjoy a friendly, respectful home environment.

I sometimes invite friends over, and you should feel completely comfortable doing the same.

Because of my work schedule, I’m typically in the flat only three days per week. Often weekends and the beginning of the week the flat is empty, so it feels calm and almost exclusive.
Sometime my partner comes to stay if we decide to spend a weekend in town but this is just on few occasions.

As an added bonus: if you have family visiting and give me notice, I may be able (with a small agreed fee) to let you use my room for a long weekend — I travel and can be flexible when planned in advance.
