We currently have two rooms available in our lovely, well-maintained end-of-terrace home at 1 Pekin Close. The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood next to the church, offering a peaceful, friendly place to live.

We’re looking for respectful, tidy professionals who appreciate a clean, relaxed home environment.

✨ Executive Double Room — £1,350 PCM

A spacious double room featuring a stylish dark feature wall, a four-poster double bed, TV mount and plenty of natural light. A comfortable space with a premium feel.

✨ Comfortable Single Room — £750 PCM

A cleverly designed single room with a calming sage green feature wall. It includes a loft bed with an integrated desk, shelving and lighting underneath, making great use of the space. There’s also a comfortable rocking chair by the window—ideal for reading, studying or working from home.

🍽️ Large Country-Style Kitchen

A spacious kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, generous worktops, gas hob and a breakfast table.

🛋️ Living Room

A comfortable communal living room with a 75-inch HD Smart TV, cinema surround sound speakers, and a dining table for shared meals or working from home. The room is currently being refreshed and will be fully completed shortly.

🚿 Bathroom

Bright shared family bathroom with a full-sized bath and shower.

🌿 Private Garden

A fully enclosed garden with artificial grass, outdoor seating, BBQ, patio heater and plenty of space to relax during the warmer months.

📦 Garage Storage

Additional garage space is available for bicycles, luggage or other personal storage.
