We have a spacious, recently refurbished **Executive Double Room** available in our well-maintained end-of-terrace home at **1 Pekin Close**.

The house sits in a quiet residential neighbourhood next to the church and close to Bartlett Park, offering a peaceful place to live while still being well connected to Canary Wharf and the rest of London.

This isn't a typical crowded house share. We're looking for a friendly, respectful professional or mature student who wants a comfortable home, good communal spaces and a relaxed atmosphere.

There are currently **two people living in the house**, so we're intentionally keeping it as a small and relaxed house share.

I'm Lithuanian and work in the Airbnb/hospitality business alongside organising electronic music events in London. I'm easy-going, sociable and spend quite a lot of time working on properties and interiors.

The other housemate is a **writer from Amsterdam** — very down-to-earth, friendly and relaxed.

The atmosphere is friendly and social when we cross paths, but everyone has their own life and privacy. **This isn't a party house**, and we're looking for someone with a similar mindset.

Ideally, we'd like someone who is:

• Friendly and down-to-earth

• Respectful of shared spaces
• Looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a rented room
