*Short Term Let* 1 bedroom apartment flexible date

Hey there,

I’m going to be away for around 2 months or so and looking to sublet my apartment while I’m away. The dates are flexible but around August the 20th to the end of October (potentially until end of November, but yet to be confirmed)

Might be perfect for someone needing a place for a short while while they move into something longer term or visiting London for a short term.

It has a double bed, with wardrobe space, bedside table and a mirror.
Obviously, I need someone I can trust to look after the place and treat it with respect as a home while I’m away. It’s my apartment, so has been used as a home - so should be treated similarly. No parties. Have a few plants too, so if could water them, would be amazing!

I could also offer it as 2 bedroom apartment if you need it/know someone. I will be locking my bedroom, so it will be a 1 bedroom, but if needing a second room, I'm open to the idea of renting the full apartment?

It will be £1600 per month. Can work out a nightly cost if not wanting to stay for the full duration.

A short amount of deposit too to secure the room and cover anything lost/broken.

THE APARTMENT:
Located right next to the river Lea (perfect for running/walking along). The block was built in 2012, so doesn't have that "oldish" look about it. Includes 24/7 concierge/security, a secure bike storage and underground parking.
Kitchen has all the standard stuff; fridge/freezer, washing machine, processor, blender, microwave etc and plenty of storage.

Have a 50 Inch Smart TV. Extendable dining table. 250mb fast/reliable Wi-Fi.

THE AREA:
Located within 5 minutes of Devons Road (DLR line which then goes to Stratford which has the Elizabeth line) and 10-15 minutes walk from either Bromley By Bow (District line) or Mile End (Central line) stations. Can get into central London with 30 minutes.

Has a Tesco Express literally across the road and cafe 1 minute away too. Larger Tesco superstore and Lidl within 15 minutes walk. You have Stratford Westfield with everything you'd need a short bus away and Olympic park which is cool to go see. Or you can walk to Canary Wharf in 25 minutes/10 minute DLR.
