Room in a luxury complex

Hi,

We are looking for a fun new tenant since our flatmate is moving out.

It’s a modern apartment with all necessary amenities. The real sell point is obviously the huge private terrace that belongs to us. Perfect for a summer hangout or BBQ or just a get together with friends.

You’d be sharing the flat with me and 2 girls, we love to just sit down and chill and are always up for a trip to a pub or just watching movies together. I also love my own time every now and then and don’t worry you can too hah.

We keep the apartment clean and tidy, respect each other’s schedules and the overall vibe is friendly and cooperative.

The apartment building is perfectly located, literally 30 second walk to the Langdon Park DLR station, takes me 5 minutes to get to Canary Wharf. There’s a tesco 2 minute walk away. There’s a gym in the building and a concierge.

The first room in the video is gonna be yours and you would share the massive bathroom with just me.

The move in date is flexible. You can move any day prior to Oct 28th. If interested hit me up here or on whatsapp, whatever you feel comfortable with.

About the Flatmates:

Ishan(male, 27): That’s me, Just moved from NYC last year, I work in finance. Into every sport there is and love to have a conversation and ofcourse a drink.

Nansi(female, 23): Bulgarian but has lived in the UK since she was a kid, she’s a girls’ girl and loves to chill and works in hospitality.

Kalina(female, 35): Also Bulgarian, she’s into fitness, pretty emotional and I consider that a good thing hahah, she also works in hospitality.

FYI: Nansi and Kalina are a couple and they have their own en suite. Me on the other hand definitely a ted mosby kinda guy lol.
