Extra Security: I’ve installed a smart lock on the bedroom door, which can be unlocked using your fingerprint, a PIN code or a physical key. If you’d like to keep it, it’s an additional one-off payment of £40. Otherwise, I can remove it before you move in.

The people living in the house are absolutely lovely and have become good friends of mine. I’ve actually known one of my housemates for eight years! The neighbours are also wonderful, making it a really friendly and welcoming place to live.

Sadly, I have to move out, but I would love for someone else to enjoy this home as much as I have!
