Residential area; An off licence and corner shop is a minute walk away and a well maintain attractive park a stone throw from residence. There is a Tesco Express 5 mins walk and a 24hr gym within 8minutes walking distance.
Transport
Stratford station in London is a major transportation hub, serving multiple rail lines and underground connections:
Greater Anglia, c2c, Southeastern, and Elizabeth Line.
central line; jubilee line, DLR, Stratford Regional and Stratford International stations.
8 minutes by train or tube into Liverpool St Station and Kings Cross Station and 14 minutes to the West End, Central London.
4 minutes by bus to Stratford station. and two night buses.

Home insurance covering breakdown of white goods and electric, plumbing, gas boiler etc, is also available to Lodgers in the absence of Landlady to avoid delays.

I have several years of being a successful black British Afro Caribbean landlady, catering for people from all ethnic, class and age backgrounds. I am usually very skilled at selecting people who will get along well with each other and with myself, to keep the good vibes rolling.
I am creative, and had a little showcase of my play at Canada water theatre that I am developing further, health and social care background, sensitive to others needs, genuine, honest trustworthy, and considerate of others needs and point of view. and highly respectful of others privacy and space.
I have quite a number of thank you cards from previous lodgers, available at the viewing.
visitors to the house are welcomed once house rules are respected and mindful of the needs of others.

Double room (DR) & Single Room (SR)
Both the double or single Rooms offers you the following benefits-:

storage underneath. Both beds are professionally cleaned
before each rental and once a year.

Rent
Rent £880 full time for the double room or mon-fri £800 and for the single room £795 or (£700) mon-fri only. One month's rent and one month deposit required in advance. It includes all bills, Internet, and all the above benefits. The price is kept to a minimum as there is no use of the living room. informed by SpareRoom that my rooms are very competitively priced for the area and what I am offering.
Your Deposit
Is immediately returned after the room check and you return the keys to me, not the 20 days legally allowed..
I am up a movie night, cooking and sharing a tasty meal, board games, theatre etc when time allows and mood suits. Equally, great if you just want to chill and do your own thing.
If you meet the above criteria and can flex with a few house rules together with having the legal right to study, work and live in the UK, I would love to here from you. whoever you are!
