Hi, I have a Double size Loft room available in my 5 bedroom house situated right opposite the river from Excel centre. The loft room has its spacious stairs and own door with plenty of storage. We are looking for a single person . The house is large 5 bed house over 4 floors and only 3 people living (1 couple with a 3 year old and 1 single lady) all professionals. We are looking for our final house mate and he/she must be a clean and tidy person. You will be having your own toilet and Bath and will only share it when we have guests which is very rare.
