Double Room £150pw

Hi there,

We are looking for a flatmate of our house where we have 3 rooms.1 double & 1 single room is available in Star Lane.
Double room price is £150 a week + £20 gas&electricity a month pp. + we all share the internet cost which is £42 a month.
5 min to Star Lane DLR station, 10 min to Canning Town station.
We are 2 best friends who share the house & room for years. We both working usually tues till sat bar&restaurant industry.
Of course everyone else we like to have fun time to time but normal daily basis we’d like to keep it chilled at home.
Looking for a flatmates where they can feel the place home and relax after work or long night out.
