Looking for a short-term lodger in my 2 bedroom apartment at Royal Wharf, E16 2SS.

The 2nd floor apartment was finished in July of this year and is located in Carrick House (see map) which is beside the river. It is a 2-minute walk from Royal Wharf Pier (Clipper) and a 10 minute walk from Pontoon Dock (DLR). Also it’s next door to the Royal Wharf clubhouse (access included) which has a fully kitted out gym, 25m swimming pool, jacuzzi and a sauna.

The apartment is fully furnished. The bedroom has an en-suite with a shower and a 45inch wall-mounted 4K TV. The WiFi (M500 fibre broadband) and entertainment (virgin media with sky sports, BT sports + sky cinema) are included.

Bills + a 2-weekly cleaner of communal areas are included.

I’m a 26 year-old doctor working at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich. I like to think I’m quiet and tidy and would preferably like the same in a flatmate.
