**About us**
You’ll be living with two friendly female professionals in our late twenties, both working in research. We enjoy cooking and catching up over dinner. We value a relaxed and respectful atmosphere and are looking for someone who will help maintain the same positive environment.

Bills (council tax, electricity, heating, water and broadband) are approximately £140 per person per month. We also contribute towards a regular professional cleaner.
