The room comes with a double bed with underbed drawer storage, a desk, a swirling chair, a large bookcase and a large wardrobe. It also comes with its own en suite bathroom, with modern and new shower, basin and toilet.

You will share big and modern kitchen with a few flatmates who are all very nice and considerate young professionals.

7/8 mins walk (through a nice park) from West Ham tube station. West Ham station has jubilee line, district line, Hammersmith line, C2C train, DLR. 2mins to Westfield Shopping Center; 5mins to Canary Wharf; 10 mins to Liverpool Street.

Free off street parking over weekends. Annual parking permit can be obtained, if needed.

Rent for the en suite double room is £670 a month for ONE person including ALL bills.

Deposit is one months' rent.

We prefer long term contract for 12 months or more for continuity. We can also consider shorter terms, but the rent may be slightly higher depending on circumstances.
