The house is 30 seconds walk to the Royal Victoria Gardens with multiple tennis courts, basketball and ping pong tables and is adjacent to the Jubilee Walkway for 15 miles of pedestrian access. We are 2 minutes to a Nisa local and the library and 2 minutes to the Woolwich Foot Tunnel, from which you can reach Woolwich which has lots of shops and the gym. Also, 5 minutes to King George V DLR station and close to the Elizabeth Line with direct access to Liverpool Street and Heathrow. City Airport is a short bus ride away or one stop on the DLR.

I am looking for a working professional to live with who is clean and not hoover-phobic. Non-traditional hours e. g. healthcare nightshifts are fine. No frequent visitors or parties. No smoking, no drugs and no animals allowed.
