Our flatmate is moving out on the 10th of March and we are looking for someone new to share this lovely flat with the two of us.
We are both working remote professionals.
About the room:
It is a sapcious (20sq. m.) bright and fully furnished bedroom with wooden floor, double glazed windows, huge wardrobes and desk with chair.
The room is available to move in from 10th of March.
Bills included in the rent: water
Bills not included in the rent: Council tax £80 per month + electricity (depends on consumption)
The bathroom is shared with just one more person.
About the flat:
There is a very spacious living room with access to the balcony and kitchen with all the appliances needed such a dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, big fridge, coooker and plenty of space for kitchen stuff.
There is residential gym in the building and concierge service.
The flat is located 3mins. walk to Royal Victoria DLR station.
There is Tesco express 1min. away and Nisa Local right in front of the building.
The area is very nice with plenty of restaurants and hotels around, wakeboarding and open swimming in the summer.
