We’re a vibrant bunch here in East London, the flat is very close to Gallions reach train station, very easy commute, close to the river side with extremely lovely views, we’ve got a cafe about 2 minutes walk away and a gym about 7 minutes walk away, two other gyms about 4mins away, each open at about 6am-10pm or PureGym about 13-15mins walk away anyone who prefers 24 hour available gyms.

Into fitness(running, gym, tennis you name it, also love me tunes (hip hop, R&B, country etc), quite diverse with it but hip hop and Afro-beats got a special place ( it just hits different ygm 🤌🏽).

Hi there, my name’s Maya (25) 😊 A little bit about me, I’m an Interior Design graduate, so I’m naturally creative and love anything to do with interiors, design and making a space feel like home.

I’m quite introverted at first, but once I’m comfortable with you I’m actually very chatty, silly and easy-going 😂 I’m definitely a homebody at heart, but I do enjoy going out for food, exploring new places, getting dressed up, trying new things and having a good time with the right people.

I’m a big foodie and love trying different restaurants and cuisines. I also love makeup, hair, fashion, journaling, watching films and getting stuck into a really good series. I’m also trying to get more into the gym and generally looking after myself. I love having little hobbies and things to look forward to.

I’m someone who really values having a peaceful, clean and comfortable home. Hygiene and cleanliness are definitely important to me, especially when you’re sharing a space with someone. I’m respectful of other people’s space and would want to live with someone who is considerate, tidy and communicates well.

I’m also quite caring and family-oriented, and I’d really like to live with someone who I can genuinely get along with rather than just being housemates. It would be lovely to have someone I can trust, have a laugh with, and do things together with, but also comfortably have our own space when we need it.

I’m looking for a long-term living situation with someone who is respectful, responsible and easy to live with. Hopefully we can create a home that feels comfortable and positive for both of us 🤍

What we’re looking for:

• Someone working full-time who can provide proof of employment
• Single person only, unfortunately no couples
• Clean, hygienic and respectful
• Responsible with bills and shared spaces
• Friendly, considerate and easy to communicate with
• Ideally looking for a long-term home rather than something temporary

We’re looking for a lively person to join the house who meets our standards and hopefully we meet yours.

Someone ideally our age but a little bit older will still do (26- 30 max).

Some other bits to be aware about:

We do share things to avoid over saturation but can be detailed when we meet for a viewing.

We also prefer someone who’s into late nights or who’s not a noise freak (no offence) but we don’t make that much noise anyways.

Someone who works full time and pays bills on time without us having to chase you by asking for it (bare minimum).

Amenities:

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with enough space for two, there’s extra storage for us to create a create a closet in the living room.

Rent for the room will be £980pm currently including bills, see breakdown below:

The bills we’ll have to cover together will be: council tax, WiFi, electricity/gas and water. (Which comes around an extra £100-£200 each max pm).

We have a very spacious living room for the three of us to share, with lots of storage for cooking etc, we’re looking for someone who is down for long term. (12months minimum)
