We’re a vibrant bunch here in East London, the flat is very close to Gallions reach train station, very easy commute, close to the river side with extremely lovely views, we’ve got a cafe about 2 minutes walk away and a gym about 7 minutes walk away, two other gyms about 4mins away, each open at about 6am-10pm or PureGym about 13-15mins walk away for those who like 24hours gyms.

I don’t mind if you’re male or female just to clarify, but from experience we’ve lived well with both, we’re just invested in keeping the flat tidy, so if you’re tidy then it is a massive plus.

To keep things simple we have a rota with each day to clean weekly so the flat is always tidy and at high standards.

We cook together, listen to music (hip hop, R&B, country etc).

We’ve even celebrated birthdays together.

Hi there, my name’s Tee (23) A little bit about myself, I’m a sports graduate and big football supporter (ARSENAL🙃) so it’s a good way to connect if you watch football (I start yelling when they lose tho).

I’m quite introverted but when I get comfortable around you I’m a very dopey person, laid back, I’m also very much of a homebody but I do like to go out here and there, big foodie person love trying new things, I also like to laying in and watching a movie or a good series, hygiene is a big thing for me especially as we will be living together it’ll be nice to live with someone who looks after themselves and can connect well with us.

I’ll love to have someone I could trust as we’ll be living together long term.

I’m quite caring (even if some don’t agree 😝).

What we expect from you:

You have to be working full time and can prove it.

Single (no couples unfortunately).

We’re looking for a lively person to join our tribe.

Someone ideally our age but a little bit older will do (26-27 max).

Someone who is tidy, cleans up after themselves and makes life easy for us as we will do for you.

Someone understanding and willing to compromise at times.

Someone willing to share things, we do house shopping together apart from personal food items.

Someone who doesn’t mind late nights or who’s a noise freak (no offence) but we don’t make that much noise anyways.

Someone who works and pays bills on time without us having to chase you (bare minimum).

Amenities:

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with enough space for two, there’s extra storage for us to create a create a closet in the living room.

Rent for the room will be £740 pm excluding bills.

Bills we’ll have to cover together will be: council tax, WiFi, electricity/gas and water. (Which comes around an extra £100-£120 max pm).

We have a very spacious living room for the three of us to share, with lots of storage for cooking etc, we’re looking for someone who is down for long term. (12months minimum)

About me:

I’m very chill and laid back, I love working out so wouldn’t hurt to dream about having workout partners for a flatmate, occasionally play video games on my ps4, if you are into games I’ll gladly share to, I reciprocate respect, especially of your privacy and I don’t intrude, if you know me skip this.

I’m mostly a home buddy but work and study too, so looking for someone who doesn’t let stress from work or life in London affect them, this would be a place to chill 😎 and tryout adventures like cooking together, watching movies/series and book holiday’s together if you’re down.
