Couple Wanted For Luxury New Flat

We're looking for a couple to move into a large ensuite room in a stunning 3-bed flat right next to Pontoon Dock station, from 22nd October.

The building is literally right in front of Pontoon Dock station, which has excellent transport links to central (London Bridge, Canary Wharf or Bank in less than 20 mins), as well as only a 15 min walk to City airport if you're a regular traveller. We have a great park at the foot of the building and amazing views of the Thames.

The room on offer has a king size bed, with built in wardrobes and a spacious ensuite. The flat offers huge amount of space and storage, with an open-plan living and dining area, as well as a big balcony and spacious kitchen. The building also comes with an on-site concierge, gym, yoga studio, TV room and even a Dining room (to hire for events).

The room is £812.50 each (£1625 total), and bills are generally cheaper than a lot of London locations as they are split between 4 people, and wifi is included. As this is a newly built block of flats, it's very well insulated so we hardly ever put the heating on (literally 2/3 times last winter), and council tax is very cheap here too!

About us: we are sociable, often up for going out for drinks or a bite to eat, but equally we like our own space and we're respectful of others. I work as a motion designer, Lydia a graphic designer, so both professional creatives, and we pride ourselves on keeping the flat super clean.
