near docklands. East Ham high streets and shopping centres are a short bus ride away. Direct transport links to Bank and Stratford. Another double room of the same size and similiar furnishings to the picture will be available after June.
Shared kitchen, living room and garden space
Both rooms come furnished
Water, electricity and wifi bills all included in rent
House comes with dishwasher, washing machine and other amenities.

I'm a student whose flatmates are going home for the summer so I'm looking for clean, responsible flatmates to occupy the spare rooms during then. I'd prefer female flatmates. I'm happy to negotiate terms also!
