Are you looking for a comfortable and professional living environment? We have a spacious double bedroom with almost a private bathroom available in our newly built maisonette at docklands of Newham in East London. It takes only 32 minutes to reach Canary wharf.

#### About Us
We are a friendly and professional couple. I am a lawyer, and my wife works in customer service. We value a clean and tidy home and are seeking a like-minded individual to share our space.

#### The Apartment
- **Location:** Just a 2-minute walk from Gallions Reach station
- **Rooms:** Three bedrooms, three bathrooms (we use our ensuite). So, mostly you will be alone using the common bathroom and toilets since we use our ensuite bathroom. We do not aim to rent out the third bedroom.
- **Amenities:** Communal podium garden and a 3-minute walk to the riverside
