I’m offering a double bedroom with its own bathroom in a 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Gallions Reach. It’s a nice, quiet location with a balcony view. The flat is just a 5-minute walk from Gallions Reach station, which provides quick access to Central London. The station is on the DLR, and you have easy connections to the Jubilee and Elizabeth lines.

Rent is £1050 a month, with bills at £190 a month (including council tax). This setup would suit a working professional, and I’m happy for you to work from home full-time if needed!

I work from home most of the time, but the flat is spacious and doesn’t feel cramped. I’m looking for a nice, clean flatmate. I’m pretty sociable but also appreciate my quiet time.

The local area is great, with Gallions Reach Shopping Centre just a 15-minute walk away. It has a big Tesco, Holland and Barrett, Boots, a gym, and plenty of shops and eateries. There’s also a Pilates studio close to the flat.

I believe the flat comes with a parking space in the underground car park, but I’m confirming this with the landlord.
