Royal Docks Double Bedroom with Private Bathroom

Looking to replace my flat mate who is sadly moving out at the end of October (potentially sooner, so there’s some flexibility re. the move in date)

IMPORTANT CAVEAT:
*the landlord is selling the flat and so this will be a rolling contract: we need to provide them with 1 months notice if we decide to move and they will give us 2 months notice (N. B. it’s a joint contract)

*Pontoon Dock DLR station less than 5 minutes walk
*Double bed
*Private Bathroom (with Bath!!)
*Gym included
*Concierge service
*Rent and bills come to roughly £1200 per month (season dependent)
*deposit of one month's rent required and referencing checks will be completed.

You would be sharing with me - I am a 30 year old professional in IT (hybrid). Enjoy exercising, cooking, being sociable and keeping a clean and cosy home. Looking for a woman of a similar age who’s on the same wavelength - keen to make it a sociable home but also appreciates ‘me time’.
