I am subletting a large en-suite room available in this beautiful apartment on the wonderful Gallions Reach complex by the river.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms (the bigger ensuite room will be yours as I have sole use of the main bathroom). Your room consists of two bedside tables, a bed, a chest of draws (4), a huge 3 cupboard storage space with shelves and hanging space and your private bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and under sink storage cupboards.
The apartment has underfloor heating but to be honest, its quite insulated and I’ve rarely had to use it in my time here. Hallway also has a washing machine cupboard and separate storage cupboard for household items like the hoover, mops etc..
Kitchen & lounge is open plan and the balcony has views of the river. Communal items include toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave and TV in the lounge. There is plenty of space to put any coffeemakers/nutribullets etc if you so wish.
The bedrooms and balcony overlook the river and in just a one minute walk from the apartment you will find yourself on the river, taking in views of Canary Wharf and the IFS Cloud Cable Cars at Victoria Dock & you can watch the planes from City Airport take off and land by the river. The complex has other apartments, an onsite gym (membership fee applicable), convenience store, ethical coffeeshop/co-working space that offers evening yoga and arts & crafts workshops, pub, Indian restaurant and art studios that offer free workshops to residents. We also have our own Concierge office which is great when you’re expecting packages when not at home!
Within a 3 minute walk you will find a laundromat, pilates studio, Dream Nails salon, hair and beauty salon, Starbucks, Co-Op and Gallions Reach DLR station. A short 5-10 minute bus ride will take you to Gallions Reach Retail Park which has a PureGym, Tesco Express, Next, Starbucks, Costa, TK Maxx, Chaiiwala & more stores.
London City Airport is also a 10 minute drive away, so super convenient for any short haul flights and also great for any cabin crew workers!
Rent (inc. bills) for the ensuite room is £1,275 per month
Parking space in the underground car park is an additional £150 per year

I am a professional 41 year old female that works in the City as a Personal Assistant. I'm very respectful of people's privacy and am a clean, friendly, quiet, yet fun housemate to live with who also likes their own space. I'm drama free, all about positivity, spirituality & always seeking answers to some of life’s mysteries! Music is my passion (if you’re a 90’s R&B head thats a huge bonus!) and I enjoy going to concerts, visiting art galleries & museums, gym, Netflix, meditation, travelling, reading, painting (canvas not walls!) and socialising with friends. I’ve been Vegan-tarian (have the rare dairy lapse lol) for 10+ years & would like a flatmate that is vegetarian/vegan also.
