Double Room in a private house share

Hi, we have one large double room to let in a house share.
PRIVATE rent, all bills included. Canning Town, Star Lane and West Ham stations in a walking distance, bus in front of the house.
This is a 4 bedroom big house with a beautiful garden. You will share with 3 professionals. In the house there are two shower rooms and additional separate utility cupboard with tumble dryer. Kitchen- diner is quite big and is well equipped.
We are all working professionals, sometimes working from home or night shifts, so it is rather quiet environment, no parties or loud music. House has a homely feel and and we are friendly, but with quite independent approach., we work a lot and don’t have time to socialise or enterntain. We are looking for friendly and independent flatmate. Non-smoker only please.
You will fit well here if you are well house trained, clean and respectful to others privacy. There is no cleaning rota, but as we share kitchen and bathroom, it’s a must to leave both areas clean after use.

Our new flatmate have to be pet friendly as we share the house with a cat.
Room is fully furnished and house is well equipped with all amenities needed, fast Virgin broadband in place too. There is a loft as an extra storage space.
