Hey there,

Looking for a clean, respectful, and amicable person to take over my lease (shared apartment) in East London as I’ll be relocating for work.

Rent is £1350 and bills come to around £200 a month (so total budget should be around £1550 per month).
Lease will run from the 20th of Jan (I am a bit flexible here) until June 2025, at which point you can opt to renew your contract. Incoming tenant can move in the day before as it’s a weekend.

You will be sharing your apartment with a female who is a software engineer in Fintech.

Landlord ideally wants a female. Professionals and corporate workers are welcome to apply. Kindly note that you will have to successfully pass through a reference and proof of income check, which will cover salary, employer and other requirements.

About my house mate
She is friendly with an infectious laugh. She spends the weekends catching up on reality tv, or hanging out with friends. She loves to cook and bake, and also enjoys treating herself to take-out when the occasion calls for it.

About the property
Luxuriously finished and furnished modern 2-bed 2-bath Apartment, all glass with a magnificent view of the river. It’s a corner piece so its very spacious and airy. Your room is a double with a large en-suite bathroom. Flat is in a highly sought after neighbourhood with many young professionals and family living in the area. If you travel often, you will enjoy being one stop away from London city airport 🏙️ (via the DLR)

The property comes with full access to a gym, sauna, and a massive swimming pool. There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bubble tea spots and a Sainsbury's local within the premises. There’s also a Pharmacy and post office on site.

It's a 5minute walk to the DLR which connects directly to Bank/Stratford etc. There is also a bus that connects directly to Elizabeth line at Custom House. In addition to this, there is an Uber Boat pier just a short walk away.
