West Silvertown Double Room

Hi! We have a room becoming available in our 3 bed flat in the new year.

You’d be living with me (31M) and Alex (27M). We’re both pretty chilled. Enjoy the odd night out and occasional gig.

We have our own kitchen, living room and balcony area. Theres 1 big shared bathroom with a bath/shower. Plus Alex has his own ensuite so really you’d just be sharing with me!

The room itself is unfurnished and the second largest room in the property. The building uses a fob entry system and we have an intercom. There is also a lift to all floors (our flat is on the 2nd floor).

Rent - £869 per month plus bills
Bills - £135 per month (includes council tax, heating, electricity, water, wifi plus £5 from each of us for shared things like cleaning supplies/toilet roll/etc)
Available - early February (can be flexible)

West Silvertown DLR - less than a minute walk away
Excel/Custom House Elizabeth Line - 15 minute walk
Plus local bus routes

Your name would be included in the tenancy agreement (but you can leave and find a person to replace you). Our current lease ends in July. We may stay on depending on what the rent increases by.
