We have a bedroom becoming available in a four-bedroom, semi-detached house in West Ham. It has central heating and a good-sized communal kitchen, a separate furnished dining and living room, two bathrooms (each with toilets) and a large garden with grass and a patio.

The Room

The room is the located on the ground floor next to the kitchen and the downstairs bathroom. The room has a window facing the front of the house with a back door onto the garden. It includes a double bed, chest of draws and a large wardrobe, with room for additional furniture.

Costs

The room will be £850 per calendar month excluding bills. We estimate bills will be approximately £100-120 per month (this includes council tax, gas and electric, internet and water).

Location and Transport

The house is a 10-15 minute walk from West Ham station, which is served by the District, Hammersmith & City and Jubilee lines, DLR and c2c, and local 69 bus services to Canning Town and Stratford. It is close to various shops and amenities towards Canning Town and there is easy access to multiple nice parks.

About Us and Who We Are Looking For

We are three gay men in our twenties and thirties, all working full-time, two of us working hybrid from home and the office and one full-time in the workplace. With a range of different interests including gaming, art, food, languages etc.. as well as being social and outgoing, we also enjoy our own space.
