The Apartment:
This is an interior designed 3-bed, 3 bath apartment located on the riverfront with a large balcony and exceptional views to the river Thames. It has a uniquely spacious open plan living room, kitchen/dining area, perfect to relax.
About Us:
We’re a couple in our late 30s and early 40s, working in real estate and design. Friendly and easy-going by nature, we love good company, great conversation, and a relaxed home environment.
Weekends are a mix of catching up with friends and family over brunch or a walk, and winding down with a cosy night in, good food, a great film, and zero pressure.
We’ve definitely moved on from our wild party days these days, a quiet drink and good conversation is much more our vibe and far less of a headache the next morning! 😊.
Ideal Flatmate:
Professional that needs a base in London during the week and travels back to the country on the weekends. A like-minded professional someone mature, clean, tidy, and respectful, who’s also easygoing and responsible. A clean and well-kept home is really important to us, especially as we both work from home in our dedicated office (the third bedroom), which is completely separate from the other bedrooms

Royal Wharf is a safe, quiet and friendly neighbourhood situated on the riverside. There is a private 24-hour security patrolling on-site as well as a 24-hour concierge with a dedicated post room service. You'll have access to the on-site gym and leisure facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and weights, cardio equipment (there is a one off induction fee payable to concierge)
On-site, you'll find a variety of amenities, nail and hair salon, post office, pharmacy, dry cleaner, dentist, aesthetics clinic, and GP clinic. There are bars, restaurants, bubble tea shops, cafes including Starbucks, as well as a Sainsbury's store, and an Asian supermarket.
Thames Barrier Park is only a 4-minute walk away.
The area offers easy access to Stratford, Canary Wharf, and central London.
