I’m 31, a full-time professional working from home (though I travel quite a bit too). I’m sociable, love travelling, meeting new people, and relaxing with a glass of wine or a good catch-up — but I also enjoy my own downtime and a peaceful evening in bed.
💫 I’d love to live with someone who’s friendly, respectful, and open to a flatmate/friend vibe — not just someone I pass in the hallway. A chinwag, a movie night, or a post-work debrief over wine is always welcome 🍷 If you're independent but also open to building a friendship, we’ll get along great. 💫

2bed/2bath flat in Royal Wharf (E16, 20-30mins to Bank on the DLR and 15mins walk to Custom House on the Lizzie line) + super close to Canary Wharf as well.
Bright Double bedroom with 3 built-in wardrobes (yes, plenty of storage!)
Dedicated bathroom just for you (not en-suite, but it’s all yours — pictured)
Room comes with a desk, so it’s perfect if you work hybrid, if you have a desk, my current flatmate's own desk fits perfectly in the room as well.
The flat is fully furnished and kitchen fully stocked with all utensils, microwave, kettle, etc. (I moved from a 1-bed and brought everything with me, so there’s not loads of extra space — but happy to chat if you have a few bits!)
Super kind landlord who just asks that we look after the place and furniture as we would our own
We also have a winter balcony – perfect for sitting out with a coffee or wine, rain or shine ☕🍷
Current tenancy until September 2026 (move-in would be towards the end of September)
Rent is £1350 per person without bills

It’s honestly such a homely spot with modern buildings and a real sense of community. I’m friends with a few neighbours and you’ll often see familiar, friendly faces around – it really does feel like city living with a village vibe.
