Hi!
I'm renting a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and resident spaces such as business lounge and a gym at a modern building in Gallions Reach.
I have a video of the flat which I'm happy to share over email or WhatsApp.
It's a 2 minute walk from the Gallions Reach DLR station and 8 minute ride to Custom House Elizabeth Line station, from where you'll have quick connections to rest of London. For example, it's 30 minutes from the flat to the Liverpool Street Station.
The total rent is £2400, before bills and council tax. Happy to rent the larger en-suite bedroom for £1200, and split council tax and bills evenly.
Council tax band is E, which is c. £190 per month, so £95 per person.
I work at a FinTech firm, working on a transition to a start-up. I'm in the office most weekdays (4-5 days of the week), and Saturdays and Sundays I like to stroll around London, eating at restaurants and drinking too many coffees.
I'm paying the full rent, but any new tenant will need to go through the format reference process performed by the landlord and will be then added to the lease.
I will likely be breaking the lease in December, to leave in February. However, if you'd like to keep the flat to yourself, you could take over the lease and find another roommate!
