I’m sad to be advertising my room, but I’ll be moving out of London in December and would love to hand this space over to someone looking for a comfortable, friendly new home.
The Flat
This is a bright, spacious two-level maisonette in a fantastic area, with stunning views across Royal Victoria Dock. There are three bedrooms in total; you’ll be taking the smallest room, with shared access to the main bathroom, living room, and kitchen.
You’ll be living with two wonderful female flatmates—both friendly, easygoing working professionals.
The living room is a real highlight: spacious, comfortable, and boasting direct views over the docks. It’s perfect for unwinding after work or catching up with your flatmates. One housemate has her own private upstairs living area, so the main living room is often free for you to enjoy. It more than makes up for the smaller size of the bedroom, though a cosy movie night together is always welcome.
There are two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), so you’ll only share with one other person.
The Room
The single bedroom is compact but thoughtfully arranged, with a large wardrobe and shelving offering plenty of storage. Additional storage is available in the hallway and bathroom if you need it.
The flat also includes a balcony, communal garden, and garage space, plus parking is available with a permit.
It’s fully equipped with all the essentials you’d expect from an established, well-kept home. It truly is a lovely place to live.
About You
We’re ideally looking for a professional who’s clean, respectful, and easygoing.
As the room doesn’t comfortably fit a desk, it’s best suited to someone who doesn’t work from home full-time.
This is a relaxed, friendly household—perfect for someone who enjoys a balance between quiet personal time and the occasional chat, dinner, or movie night. We’re not a party flat, but we do like to keep things warm and welcoming. Friends, family, and dinner guests are always welcome.
The Area
We’re within walking distance of a Tesco and several convenience shops, with larger supermarkets around Canning Town (15–20 minutes away). It’s a safe, well-connected area with everything you need close by. The Elizabeth Line and London Excel are around 15 minutes from the flat, making commuting easy.
