One large double bedroom plus separate office space in a private room with a private bathroom to rent in Royal Wharf E16.
Amenities include a residents gym/sauna/pool/jacuzzi which is free to use once you’ve done the induction, there is also 24/7 security and a concierge with a post room! Royal Wharf also the DLR and Elizabeth line close by, it also features a hairdressers, nail shop, Sainsbury’s and independent grocery store here. There is also a pharmacy, GP and multiple restaurants and bars.
The flat will be shared with myself, I am a 28 year old female working in public service/the government section, looking for a new female flat mate of a similar age due to the other tenants leaving the property.
This is a three bedroom flat so the kitchen/living space is large and there is a lot of storage there, it will only be the two of us living here due to HMO rules within Newham. I have the ensuite bedroom so you will have sole use of the family bathroom. I am renting out the double bedroom and the third bedroom which you can utilise as you please so essentially the rent covers two rooms in addition to the communal space and your own private bathroom! I will not have any access to this room so it can be used as a walk in wardrobe/home office space etc which is solely for your use. Any subletting etc or consideration to look for a third tenant will result in a breach of the tenancy agreement.
You will also have a private balcony which both your rooms will have access to.
The bedrooms are unfurnished, the items in the photo of the communal space will remain however, they are mine so if I leave at any point they sadly will be coming with me!
The rent does not include bills, these will be roughly £150 pp in addition to rent. The rent also does not include a parking space and on street parking is pricey but there are parking spaces in a secure underground car park available to rent from other residents which is what I currently do :)
Minimum income required is £40,000. You need to be in full time employment, students or anyone earning less than this will not be considered at all due to the referencing requirements.
I am looking for someone who is clean, neat and easy going. The flat is not a party flat and I work shifts so am in and out at different times.
