The flat comes with a balcony facing the Thames Barrier park, and there are floor to ceiling windows in the living room allowing for enough sunlight to enter the home.

The apartment is in a build to rent property, and the property itself comes with the following amenities:
1. A concierge from 8AM - 8PM, and security after
2. A common dining room, where you can host guests
3. A movie room, gym, yoga room and a co-working space
4. Parcel boxes (Parcels will never get lost anymore :) since a locker is assigned to you on the delivery of your parcel)
5. A mailbox for the flat
6. On-site maintenance (requests for which can be raised through an application that you can download)

I am currently moving out of the property, and my flatmates are great people, and we are looking for a friendly, sociable person who also values a clean and peaceful environment.
