Looking for somebody to replace my housemate in this East London flat from the end of April 💕

A little bit about me! I’m 28, originally from the Philippines but grew up in Ireland. I’m a nurse who generally works 4 days a week. I love travelling and trying out new places in London. Ideally, I’d love a tidy flatmate who values their own space but is also down for a chat and a friendly vibe at home! 🫶🏼

The flat is on the 12th floor of a 23 story block of new flats, furnished with built in storage and is super bright and spacious. There are 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms — your room will be a double bedroom with a built in wardrobe, the bedside tables, bigger chest of drawers and full length mirror. I will have an en-suite so the main bathroom will be yours!

The flat is really well connected - we’re only a 1-2 minute walk to Royal Victoria DLR, 10 minute walk to Custom House (Lizzie Line) & 10 minute walk to Canning Town (Jubilee line). Or a few mins walk to the cable cars if you fancy a trip over the river to North Greenwich 😂 There’s a small Tesco a few mins walk away and a Lidl & Morrisons in Canning Town. There are a few cafes, restaurants and a boat bar dotted around nearby and it’s a lovely location for a sunny morning run! There’s also a gym 10 mins walk away and Sunday Studios reformer Pilates a 1-2 min walk away 🫶🏼
