A spacious, bright and cosy double room is available from the end of May in a quiet and well-maintained flat.
I’m moving out due to a job change, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room. The room is fully furnished and would be ideal for a calm, responsible and tidy female tenant who respects shared spaces.
There are currently two other girls living in the flat, so we’re looking for someone who values peace, cleanliness and a friendly atmosphere at home.
The room is spacious, bright and comfortable, and the bathroom is shared with only one flatmate.
The flat offers shared access to:
• a spacious living room with dining area
• a fully equipped kitchen
• a balcony
A big advantage of the building is the additional amenities available at no extra cost (included in the rent), exclusively for residents:
• gym
• sauna
• conference room
The conference room can also be booked for private use with prior reservation.
Another great benefit is the private, gated outdoor area around the building, accessible only to residents. It’s a safe, peaceful and well-maintained space with plenty of greenery perfect for relaxing. During the summer season, there is also a BBQ area available.
The area is very quiet and green, and there is a beautiful park just a 5-minute walk from the flat.
