Important Information:

The apartment is almost entirely for your private use.
The bedroom is kept locked as it is used for the owner's personal belongings. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, which serves as the sleeping area for the occupant.
As I permanently live abroad, I may occasionally need to stay at the property for max 1 week of each month and two weeks' notice will always be provided.
