Luxury en-suite double room - views of the Thames

Our flatmate Goda is moving out so we are looking for someone to fill her room in our modern 3-bed apartment overlooking the river.

The room is fully furnished, 2x bedside tables, chest of drawers and built in wardrobes. Great size room with space for a desk and a shelving unit/armchair if needed. Also amazing views of the park and river. You'll have your own en-suite bathroom; Rayven and I share a bathroom.

You'll be living with myself (Garima, 31), and Rayven, 30. We are very clean and tidy people (hoping to find someone who'll show the space the same respect 😁). We love a good chat over dinner or the occasional drink down the pub, but equally respectful of each other's space after a busy day at work.
Our building and area has always felt very safe and we've never experienced any trouble in the 3 years we've been here. We have a 24/7 concierge and there are 3 points in which you need to swipe your fob before getting to our front door.

WiFi is included, but the rest of the bills we split evenly between us, coming to roughly £180 each pcm.

Location:
Couldn't be closer to Pontoon Dock DLR station, where we can get direct trains to Stratford (12 mins), Canary Wharf (15 mins), and Bank (20 mins). The local area (Royal Wharf) has some nice restaurants, fast food places, coffee shops, a nice pub and a Sainsbury's Local.

Goda can be flexible with dates but is ideally looking to move out mid October. Our apartment block is ran by a company called Grainger, so you will need to be in a position where you can provide references and proof of work.
