I’m a London-based female artist. I’m friendly, easy-going and respectful of personal space. I’m also a bit of a clean freak and really care about keeping the home clean and tidy.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and fairly quiet, who cleans up promptly after cooking—including wiping down the worktops and hob—and is happy to share the cost of cleaning supplies and follow a simple regular cleaning routine.

As the apartment has wooden flooring, please be mindful of footsteps and noise, especially at night, and respectful of each other’s rest and working hours.

Female-only household. No male overnight guests or smoking indoors. Occasional visitors are welcome with advance notice.

Working professionals who can pass the landlord’s referencing checks are preferred, and PSW visa holders are very welcome. Students can also be considered but would need to contribute to the council tax.
