Spare room avaliable near Excel Dockside

Hi, we have a spare room in our family home.. I am a working mom, we share our home with two small dogs who like most small dogs desire a lot of attention!!

our home is friendly, quite a lively place as we flit & fly from one event to another, but chilled out most evenings. We are fairly easy going folk, who enjoy & value a laugh as well as good conversation & spending time together as we eat, sing & dance.

The room is a single which accommodates currently a single bed, chest of drawers, a wardrobe and small stool & standing lamp.

We have a family bathroom/wc and a seperate shower room/wc, so no queues for the toilet. There is a small garden a large kitchen with dining table. Access to washing machine & some storage space.
We have a cosy lounge which has a balcony overlooking the garden, you are welcome to share with us.
Our house is a Family Home & whoever stays here is part of the family. We show each other respect in communal spaces & give each other space and privacy. There is an expectation that everyone who lives here shares in the cleaning of communal areas.
We are NOT a quiet as mice household , we are vibrant & enjoy life, but also we are not party animals either. Although the odd family party/BBQ is never too far away in summer😁.....We just do US.

We live within close walking distance to 4 DLR stations : West Silvertown, Pontoon Dock, Royal Victoria, and Custom House. Also the Elizabeth line. The local bus routes towards Beckton, Canning Town & Stratford which links into the Jubilee line underground station. The Emirates cable car is also on Royal Victoria dock for those evening jaunts to the O2.
London City airport is also a short bus ride away , but also walkable.

The House is situated within a stones throw of Royal Victoria Dock, it is also an ongoing location for many events such as Boat show, Grand designs, London Triathlon as well as other popular events.
There are many local conveniences such as dry cleaners, newsagents, GP surgeries, supermarkets, hotels, pubs, bars and restaurants of all varieties all within walking distance.
leisure amenities, gymnasiums, park venues, wake boarding, open water swimming etc. .
We are really close to Royal Victoria Dock and Thames Barrier Park which is lovely all year round.
