We have a double room available in our lovely two-level duplex flat in E16 - West Silvertown/Royal Victoria Docks. The flat has a spacious living room and a ensuite double room downstairs; upstairs you have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the kitchen. The room available room is upstairs (not ensuite)
Location: This flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a supermarket just downstairs. You have the Elizabeth line from customer house DRL (7min Walk) to take you to central London and Heathrow airport, or DLR from West Silvertown or Royal Victoria to Bank station. The area is next to a beautiful dock (Royal Victoria Dock) with activities and food trucks/restaurants! You also have the convenient jubilee line one stop away (Canning Town). There is a supermarket next to the entrance of the building.
Bills are all included to save all the hassle! Including 1GB super fast fibre optic broadband, gas, electricity, water, service charges, council tax, heating/electricity/plumbing insurance and also bi-weekly professional cleaning fee.
