We have a two rooms available in our lovely duplex flat in E16 - West Silvertown/Royal Victoria Docks. The flat has a very spacious living room and the ensuite double room downstairs; upstairs you have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the kitchen.
Location: This flat is located in a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket just downstairs. You have the crossrail/Elizabeth line from customer house DRL (7min Walk) to take you to central London and Heathrow airport, or DLR from West Silvertown or Royal Victoria. The area is next to a beautiful dock (royal victoria dock) with activities and food trucks on the weekend! You also have the convenient jubilee line one stop away.
Bill all included to save all the hassle! Including 1GB super fast fibre optic broadband, gas, electricity, water, service charges, council tax, heating/electricity/plumbing insurance and bi-weekly professional cleaning fees.
1) One small double room: available now
- Upstairs, with shared bathroom
- £750 per month excl. bill, will add bills on every month (c.£140-160 pm); or £850 per month, include all bills
2) One ensuite double bedroom: available from 1 Dec
- Downstairs, with its own toilet and shower
- £ 950 per month, excl all bills, will add bills on every month (c.£140-160 pm); or £1000 per month, include all bills
- Prefer one occupant but can consider couple - though the rent will be different.
Flatmates:
- Very friendly and respectful flatmates are staying in the flat: Alex (German guy, a professional in science academia), Andrius (Lithuanian guy, an engineer professional), finally Tobias (a Spanish, however he is leaving the ensuite room and going back to Spain end of Nov)
- Alex and Andrius have been taking care of the flat in the last 3 years or so, they are very much looking forward for likeminded people (guys or girls) to joining the household!
