The house is warm and comfortable with double glazing throughout. There is a modern and energy efficient central heating system which is fully serviced.
The kitchen and bathroom are fully fitted with full necessities for modern living. The lounge is the centre for eating and relaxing. The garden is complete with a patio and garden furniture.

We have a regular cleaner who makes sure the general areas are clean while the housemates are expected to take care of their own areas.
Also, the housemates need to be considerate and cooperative and make sure the general areas are clear & tidy.
