This is a spacious ground floor double bedroom. This is a newbuild property from 2020 so it's clean and well maintained. The room has plenty of space and we currently have a nice desk by the window, overlooking the shared garden which you are welcome to use. We also have access to an indoor secure bikeshed.

Excellent location. Google Maps says it's 6 min walk to the station- Blackhorse Road on the Victoria Line and Overground. The Victoria Line is running 24 hours 6 days of the week. Which leaves you in Oxford Circus in 25 minutes or in Green Park where you find most popular touristy places like Buckingham Palace, London Eye, and Big Ben in around 35 minutes

Living in the property are myself (an NHS worker) and Shira (a photographer- thanks for the photos!) working in Westminster/London. We are a busy household, wanting to take advantage of all the exciting things going on in E17 and London generally.

We are looking for someone of a similar wavelength, friendly, tidy/considerate (and veggie!). Walthamstow is an amazing part of London to be living in right now, with a rich and diverse community. If you can picture it then call/email for a chat or for more info.
