Double Room in Friendly House

A room has become available in this lovely house due to our housemate relocating to Australia. It is a small 4 bed, terrace house on a quiet residential street in Walthamstow Central. We are looking for a female to join the house who is respectful but also sociable, we are looking someone to treat it as their home rather than just a room to stay in.

*The House*
- 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 1 downstairs)
- 1 shared bathroom
- Living area joined to large kitchen with plenty of storage and counterspace
- Garden/Patio with BBQ and seating area
- Secure outdoor bike storage in the garden
- On street parking permits available via the council.

*Housemates*
You will be living with Sian, Eve and Maisie. Sian works in advertising, Eve works in customer care and Maisie is working in fashion. We split our working time between the office and home and are always up for a wine night, pasta making night or even a house day out.

Sian is a keen sportswoman, whether that be heading to the running track, bouldering, dance class or lifting weights, she's up for anything!

Eve is a foodie who likes trying new restaurants but is equally happy cooking new recipes at home. She likes to head to dance classes as well as visit any new exhibitions as recommended by tiktok!

Maisie is friendly and fun. You’ll often find Maisie at a gig, out for brunch or off for a swim at the local pool.

We are looking for a new sociable housemate that is keen to join in on house activities whether that be a glass of wine, watching netflix on a Friday night or a Sunday roast at the local pub. It’s super easy going house, as long as you’re respectful of everyone else that lives here.

- 5 min walk to Walthamstow Queens Road (Overground)
- 5-10 min walk to Walthamstow Central (Overground & Victoria)
- Plenty of bus routes to Hackney, Stratford and Central London
- Walthamstow High Street 10 minute walk away, with numerous big supermarkets, shops, gyms and restaurants
- Walthamstow Village 10 minute walk, cute, quiet area with pubs, restaurants and village-esque shops

*The Room*
The room is upstairs towards the back of the house overlooking the garden. It is furnished with a double bed but all other furniture will be removed. The landlord is very chilled and you are welcome to re-paint (neutral) and hang things on the walls.

The room will be available from the 1st Sept and will be subject to referencing. The deposit is £400.

The price of the room is £540 per month, paid by 1st of the month. Bills come to £100 approx. per month depending on energy usage.
