Heya! I hope everyone is keeping well! I have an available room to rent in North East London, Walthamstow/Blackhorse.

The room is available from March, but move in dates can be flexible. The room is in the middle of the house, south-sun facing, can fit double size bed, with inbuilt storage, lots of light and a view of the back garden.
This is a 3-bed house near Blackhorse E17.
The rent is £800/month - inclusive of all bills

This is on a quiet street perfectly situated near the market and great transport links:-(vic line and overground to Liverpool Street station/Gospel Oak/Barking)
- 9 mins to Walthamstow Central Station (Vic Line)
- 10 mins to Blackhorse Road Station (Vic Line/Overground)
- 10 mins to St. James (Overground)
-plenty of buses (within 5 mins walks)

WHO ARE WE?
You’ll be sharing a nostalgic family home with me and my friend with average sized communal space. The house has lots of breathing space and a massive jungle garden.

The two of us are super friendly, gentle, creative people with a complete split of introvert and extrovert! 🎨

We are both passionate about travel 🧳 , and so we are intentional about spending time away throughout the year. So if having the benefit of quality time AND space to enjoy the house as you please sounds good, I'd love to hear from you!

In-person viewing is available beforehand (mid april). The living room furniture has been updated recently and the house is currently undergoing improvements.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Looking for a long-term (minimum 1 year) stay for a housemate who is very tidy, up for contributing to house upkeep, chill, friendly, and on time with rent.
